Our 1st Fit Mommy Class!

After many weeks of planning, we have finally found a day that we can get together and do some outdoor exercising. Astrid Morgan, who is a Certified Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor, did an awesome job leading the class! We buckled our little ones in their joggers and took off power walking (and a little bit of running too) on the jogging trail. During the power walk, we would also stop and do sets of different strength exercises. The weather was just perfect- nothing beats working out outdoors with fresh air and gorgeous views! After the class, we let the kids play at a play ground. This class is great for a mommy because you can bring your little one along with you and get the motivation you need to get fit! We will be meeting every Friday morning @10am at various parks and locations. So come on out and join the fun and get moving!
