Playground Playdate @ "A Dream Come True"

What started out as a cloudy day turned into a gorgeous, sunny one! It was the perfect afternoon to head on to the park. We got quite red pretty quickly, but that's OK! They say Vitamin D is good for you.

MNO: Tea Time Party!

We all could agree what a treat it is for us moms to have an opportunity to get out alone and socialize, especially with other moms. Thanks to Kira for opening up her home and treating us to some baked goodies and delicious tea! It was a low key and quiet evening of great conversation on very interestingly deep topics. It is such a blessing to be able to teach one another different lessons and views of the scripture and share interesting stories! Each of our gatherings we have such a great time! Cannot wait to do it again, so be on the look out for your next chance to come out and chat with us! :)

Mom's Night Out: Game Night!

I absolutely love playing games! Especially ones that make me think (or even ones that don't). It's such a great way to relieve stress and to socialize! I'm so glad we had an event like this and maybe have another game night sometime in the future since is one was so fun and there's plenty of games to choose from. There are just so many out there, the possibilities are endless!! 

We also had a small devotional which I really liked and learned a good lesson as well. Billy Graham (one of my favorite preachers and writers) talked about how important prayer is. When people say "All I can do is pray", that's like telling a starving person, "All I can do is give you food." Prayer is just so important and it can bring so many blessings when we just ask!
